Abstract: This study evaluate the female reproductive system in sixty patients of female primary infertility age from twenty years to forty-five years old, it take place in sinnar hospital and Alaraki center . I used in this study the real time ultrasound equipments with 3.5 mHz probe include Aloka and fucuda machine This study conclude that : about 10% of cases has small uterus size from 5-6.5cm in length and also 68% is normal lower limit from 6.5- 7.4 cm in length , and 22% is normal uterus in length from (7.5-9.4 cm) . Utreus length will increased by 0.05 cm for each one mm increased on the ovarian length , uterus length increase by 0.01 cm /years , uterus length increase by 0.04 cm/kg . IV ‫‪The mean age is about 35 years ,patient‬‬ ‫, ‪weight about 61kg , uterus length 7.5 cm‬‬ ‫. ‪ovary length about 16mm‬‬ ‫)‪About 97% of the patient has Anteverted (AV‬‬ ‫‪uterus position , and the remaining 3% of‬‬ ‫‪them are retroverted , 7% of cases has‬‬ ‫. ‪Fibroid , 3% has ovarian cyst‬‬
