This study summarized in the identification of aluminum alloys in general and aluminum-copper alloys specific. And study effect of adding a pure copper to aluminum alloys. The melting process has done by using electrical furnace and plumber process using sand molds and chemical analysis was done before melting process. Then use turning machine and move to hardness and tensile strength tests. It was concluded that the hardness increase with proportion of copper in aluminum alloy. But tensile strength decrease with proportion of copper in aluminum alloy.en_US
