Abstract: | This project aims for operating & maintaining technically and economically for mushaireb tower’s air Conditioning System in order to accomplish a higher efficiency and reducing system running cost. It`s focused at the operation & maintenance schedules in order to reach the highest system efficiency and reduce running cost of the system as well as taking best practices of O&M , thus the project achieved to the agendas of operation and maintenance of the system above ,taking into account the best screening steps before ignition. Thus project accessed to the highest performance of system as well as reducing running cost of the damage that occur as result of the lack regular preventive maintenance and control during operation. All results reached by field visits and follow-up Mushaireb`s tower operating and maintenance of the system and recorded the results then required analysis done |
