Abstract: | Temperature deviation can negatively impact on machine devices, specially on sophisticated medical devices such as the X-Ray tube, which 99% of its energy is heat and only 1% represent the X-Ray radiation, that is may defuse the tube after repeating of the process of diagnostic in a short time and the surrounding environment is hot, which leads to wrong results, thus wrong diagnostic, and damage the machine by stop it from working. To solve this problem an autonomous system is proposed and designed to monitor and control the temperature using temperature sensor and microcontroller (ARDUINO), this circuit proposed to fit into the X-ray circuit where mA selector is found, when temperature rises over the threshold register the X-ray machine system is automatically shut down by the relay of our design. The circuit was tested using arrange of temperature and it work well. |
