Abstract: This project study the implantation of alkylation unit in order to increase amount of gasoline produced in Khartoum refinery using LPG produced from RFCC as a feed. In this thesis simulation of unit has been done using HYSYS simulator also conducting material balance, reactor design and cost estimation. It was found that alkylation unit product 214 ton/dayof gasoline, which equivalent 6% of the gasoline produced from Khartoum refinery. correlation calculation of material balance was conducted, the results was compared with simulation results and it was found that results show some variation also reactor design and calculation were conducted.
