Abstract: Food safety management regarded as most important quality systems which effect directly on food safety and public health, this research study impact of application ISO 22000:2005 on a food organization in Khartoum State- Sudan, and their positive trends that help the growth of business. This study conducted in Khartoum- Sudan in a company that has the ISO 22000 certification from February to September 2017. In this research descriptive and quantitative methods have been used to analyze data that collected by questionnaire. From results this study came out with that application of ISO 22000:2005 have positive impact on profit based on the increasing of sales, positive impact on marketing according to the increase the market share, positive impact on resource management based on the optimum distribution of resource, positive impact on customer satisfaction and retention by increasing customer confidence and reduce compliance, positive impact on internal process by reducing waste and enhance performance and positive impact on product quality by improving safety and the end product quality.
