dc.description.abstractThis study examined factors that affecting the livestock population density in North Kordofan State. A questionnaire was designed gathering information's related to that topics from 758 livestock owners in 2012. Preliminary descriptive statistics were used at early stage explained the general features and percentage of livestock variables. Followed by further analysis involved factor analysis and principal components, to draw the important factors affects livestock population. The results showed that twelve factors were extracted, which explain 63.12% of the total variance. The study concluded that the main factors affecting livestock animal health, in general particularly, were water resources and vaccinations campaigns.en_US
