Abstract: | Patient satisfaction is summation of all the patient as expectations in a health care setting and it is a human experience, appraised subjectively by an individual, regarding the extent to which, care received has met certain expectations. This study was carried out to assess patient satisfaction during dental examination in Khartoum Dental teaching hospital in order to identify the impact of effective behavior of the care providers in the dental clinic on the level of patient satisfaction. In this study a questioner was designed to collect data from 60 patients and their relatives. The study revealed that the patients were satisfied with radiologic services in spite of less communication between patient andtechnologist; furthermore risk factors did not expressed to patient prior to exam. These data can be used for the welfare of the patient, the care provider and the health care organization. |
