The aim of this study was to Survey personal radiation protection for Technicians and radiologist. Ensure that there are appropriate sections of X-ray provided with protective equipments from the radiation. Ensure that the technical observe radiation procedures when dealing with patients. Method is used questionnaire and observation. The most important results are: The radiation protection measures are not applied as it should in the X-ray centers, and most important things that there is no device to measure personal exposure for technicians. The reason of that is the high cost of hardware and calibration fees. All sections of X-ray used X-ray machine its power more than 300 mA Explain the examination to the patient one of the reasons of facility of the examination and avoid repeating images to patients. The X-ray chest stand majority of X-ray room was placed in wrong place ,so that the wall directly behind it there was whereabouts of persons as corridors, waiting room , room for worker and offices.
