Abstract: The overall aim of this study was to investigate the KAP of CPD, research and EBP among radiological technologists. Furthermore the study aimed to examine the effect of EBP training in improving the KAP of EBP among radiological technologists in the Arabic regions. This study will offer a base line in the KAP of radiological technologists about and towards CPD, research and EBP. This can highlight the weak spots and meet the changing demands of the radiological technologists. In addition, it will recommend methods and approaches to enhance radiological technologists’ performance. The study constituted of two phases, for the first phase of the study, a descriptive design utilizing a questionnaire was selected as the method to examine the knowledge, attitudes and practice of radiological technologist in the fields of CPD, research and EBP (Phase one). While action research is the chosen research methodology for the second phase, the cyclical process of action research provided an ideal mechanism to design, implement, evaluate, reflect on and modify the EBP training program. The study revealed some positive attitudes and opinions towards CPD, research and EBP but it reflected low participation in CPD, research and EBP. Most of the respondents who have low score were working in Sudan and most of high score respondents were working in UAE. Barriers of CPD were lack of time and workload, same barriers are applied for research and EBP but mainly lack of knowledge and
