dc.description.abstractThe study has been carried out in Ibn Sina Hospital and Radio Isotopes centres Khartoum (RICK). It has been done on sixty eight ( 68) patients suffering from obstructive uropathy investigated by I.V.U & DTPA for each. I.V.U showed no secretory function in 37 patients, while D.T.P.A showed 5-12% a relative function in those patients. In 8 patients a faint nephrogram seen by I.V.U., while D.T.P.A showed a relative function of 12-15%. Dense nephrogram seen in 7 patients by I.V.U while in whom D.T.P.A showed a relative function of 15-20%. In 17 patients I.V.U showed clear appear of the pelvicalcyeal system of these D.T.P.A showed a relative function of more than 30%.en_US
