Electronic learning has become a prominent feature in our time due to the rapid development that took place in the world today- E-learning is available any time, any where and at our finger tips. E-learning has basic components, which depend on the type of e-learning, such as the systems that managing the learning process, such as the registration of programs, curriculums, students and the following up of there performance, in deletion to the systems that managing the learning content such as management, storage, addition, deletion and searching about learning content. This thesis deals with learning content in particular. The main theme of learning content is a group of small learning object, which can exist independently, so as to be reused easily and flexibly it must be symmetrical in its division and of one idea and one objective, also it must be piled and packaged to create learning content after that it must be put in a store or an Learning Content Management System. In this thesis, a model to develop Sudan University of Science and Technology has been designed to make a learning object which can be reused according to Carnegie Mellon’s Model and the creation of some forms to help in evaluating, developing and producing learning objects. The usage of M. Alessi and R. Trollip EVALUATION FORM to be filled by professionals to assess the learning content in many pivots e.g.: realization of objectives, accuracy of language, navigation, the interactivity of learners with learning content.
Group of learning content has been developed, and then they have been tested on different Learning Monument Systems successfully. |
