blood count which measured by sysmex and blood films which
stained by lieshman stain, data were analyzed by spss computer
program version 11.5.by one way anova test and mean test.
The result of the study showed that the hemoglobin, Mean cell
volume, Mean corpuscular hemoglobin and Mean cell hemoglobin
concentration were (10.8g/dl± 1.3- 82.8±5.4 – 26.7 ± 2.7 – 31.9
± 1.7) and red blood cells, Packed cell volume, platelets were
(4.2± .42 – 34.2± 3.3 - 271± 53).
Subjects were divided in this study into three age groups 19 – 27 ,
28 - 36 and 37 – 45 years, There was significant result between
age group and the results of hemoglobin, Mean cell volume, Mean
corpuscular
hemoglobin
and
Mean
cell
hemoglobin
concentration , also there was no significant difference of these
results and trimester and number of delivery.
The study revealed that the trimester, age and number of delivery
does not affect on
hemoglobin, Mean cell volume, Mean
corpuscular hemoglobin and Mean cell hemoglobin concentration
and the most common type of anemia in the study was
michrocytic hypochromic (54.1%) and normocytic normochromic
(45.9%)
