dc.description.abstract In this research we study Riemannian geometry and its application to problems pertaining to physical problems. In particular we discussed paths of particles given by curves on manifolds. Of interest to as is geodesics, which describe, the paths of free particles. Geometrically they are the shortest curves between any two points in a manifold. en_US
